I, Khaziev Shamil Nikolayevitch, was born on March 30, 1955 in Yenåseisk-town (Krasnoyarsk Territory, Siberia, USSR). After leaving the secondary school, I was trained in Tadjikistan State University on a faculty of Law in city Dushanbe, in 1972-1977 years. I graduated from University on a speciality "jurisprudence" with cuma sum laude. From August 1977 to August 1980 I did work as an expert of Crime Laboratory of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tadjikistan (fingerprints, toolmarks, traceology, examination of the cold weapon, crime scene investigation). In September 1980 I joined the Academy of Ministry of Internal Affairs, the USSR (Moscow) as an advanced students (adjunct) at the Chair of Criminalistics and Special Engineering. In November 1982 I was ahead of schedule ended a post-graduate course and was appointed by the teacher of faculty of Criminalistics and Special Engineering and conducted the studies on a general theory of criminalistics, criminalistical engineering both expertology, criminalistical tactics and technique of investigation of crimes. In 1984 I protected the dissertation " Criminalistical Modeling of an Unknown Offender by Means of His Tracks " (258 pages) and became a Ph.D. in Law (candidate of jurisprudence sciences). In December 1985 I was dismissed from the Ministry of Internal Affaires at own will on a post of the senior researcher in Scientific Research Laboratory of forensic-traceological and forensic voice analysis expertises has acted for the work in All-Union Scientific Research Institute of the Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice. Since October 1989 - chief of this Laboratory. Since May 19, 1993 the member of Moscow Ñity Bar Association. Now I working in Russian Academy of Sciences as Senior Researcher (Institute of State and Law, Sector of Criminal Justice problems)
